You may notice WGG doing some funky things today. Well after over a year I figure it’s time for a site redesign, and unfortunately there’s no good way to do it with WordPress.com (that I’ve found) except to have everyone see every little bit and piece of the process.
If anyone has any good suggestions of ideas that can be done with WordPress and Sandbox let me know!

hey wgg, you can try this one: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/theme-test-drive/
hope this helps. i like the new logo with the guitar head

You download a copy of WordPress from wordpress.org and test out themes on either your local computer or on a live web server (if you have hosting somewhere). I can give you more details if you like. Just email me and let me know.
As a fellow guitar player, I’ve enjoyed many of your posts. I look forward to reading more in the future.

Noticed your bloglinks are gone. I’m assuming it’s part of the change.
I rather like your current theme. I noticed a “related posts” section which is good, but they are all off-site posts – not good. I was expecting more of your guitar goodness.

hey wgg, i know you did not got any valuable answer from anybody for this
you are right, there is no way to test drive your theme in wordpress.com hosted blogs. the only other thing that i would suggest is to create a bogus/dummy blog to kinda test/try-out your themes.
if that still does not work, let me know and i’ll try to set you up to try things out on my own domain
